TUYỂN DỤNG: Thợ may mẫu – Dự án Kinh tế tuần hoàn vải Denim

 ✂️ MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Nhận mẫu và may sản phẩm sáng tạo từ vải dư, vải denim tái chế hoặc leftover pieces. Phối hợp với bạn trong team thiết kế thử nghiệm các sản phẩm mới như túi tote, ví nhỏ, mặt nạ ngủ, phụ kiện denim....
• Đề xuất ý tưởng tận dụng vải thừa, ghép phối patchwork, chi tiết thủ công, đảm bảo tính thẩm mỹ và bền vững.
• Phối hợp với các bạn làm rập, chuẩn hóa thành video-qui trình triển khai cho các chị thợ may nhằm may hàng loạt.
• Tham gia các chương trình Upcycling – Workshop cộng đồng – Dự án xanh, dự án tuần hoàn  của NaNi Circular.

🧵 YÊU CẦU

• Đã kinh nghiệm may mẫu 2-3 năm, linh hoạt, sáng tạo, có tinh thần đổi mới.
• Biết cắt – ráp – phối màu – hiểu form cơ bản.
• Ưu tiên có kinh nghiệm làm túi vải, phụ kiện denim, sản phẩm tái chế.
• Tư duy mở, yêu thích ý tưởng “từ vải dư thành sản phẩm mới.”.

 💰 MỨC LƯƠNG

• Lương 8 – 12 triệu VNĐ/tháng, cao hơn nếu sáng tạo mẫu độc quyền.
• Thưởng theo số lượng mẫu hoàn thành và ý tưởng được chọn.

• Tham gia các dự án quốc tế cùng PUM Netherlands, GIZ, UNWOMEN..và các chương trình khác do Bộ Công Thương tổ chức.
• Được đào tạo về thiết kế tuần hoàn, đo lường tác động, phát triển sản phẩm bền vững.

💙 RECRUITMENT NOTICE: Sample Sewer – Circular Denim Project

✂️ JOB DESCRIPTION

• Receive samples and create innovative products from leftover fabric, recycled denim, or upcycled pieces. Collaborate with the design team to prototype new items such as tote bags, small wallets, sleeping masks, and denim accessories.
• Propose creative ideas for using leftover fabrics, combining patchwork and handcrafted details to ensure aesthetics and sustainability.
• Work with pattern makers to standardize samples and produce instructional videos and process guidelines for mass sewing by the production team.
• Participate in Upcycling activities, community workshops, and green / circular projects organized by NaNi Circular.

🧵 REQUIREMENTS

• 2–3 years of experience in sample sewing; flexible, creative, and open to innovation.
• Proficient in cutting, assembling, color matching, and understanding basic garment forms.
• Preferably experienced in making fabric bags, denim accessories, or recycled products.
• Open-minded, passionate about the idea of “turning leftover fabric into new products.”

💰 SALARY

• From 8 – 12 million VND/month, higher for exclusive creative designs.
• Bonuses based on the number of completed samples and selected ideas.
